about household PRI MOMI (by my Grandmother)
At the top of the hill, in an idyllic, mountainous area, there is a household PRI MOMI (by my Grandmother) surrounded by beautiful forests. Renovated buildings offer plenty of pleasures in cozy traditional architecture, where even the most demanding guests will not remain indifferent. The estate is surrounded by a private property of 20,000 square meters, with its meadows full of flowers and a beautiful view of nature.

The household consists of several buildings. The main house is 150 years old and is entirely made of wooden beams, traditionally covered with dense mud, according to the architectural standards of rural architecture at that time.In old Stable, on the other side of the yard, there are beautiful apartments, each unique in its own way.
Next to the house is a beautiful linden tree where you can sit in the evening or enjoy the sunrise at breakfast. The first apartment, called Štala (the Stable) is refurbished from a stable for cows to romantic apartment with a vaulted ceiling, which, along with traditional rustic furniture, gives it a special charm. The second apartment, called Granar (room for drying the Fruits and vegetables) is located in a room with a mezzanine that was once intended for drying agricultural products. Beautiful, rustic, wooden ceilings on both floors fascinate every visitor. Each unit has 4 beds, a kitchen with modern equipment and a bathroom. In front of the apartments there is a covered hall with a bench where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the whole household. The outdoor sauna and swimming pool is complementing the whole estate, making it a perfect getaway for your whole family and friends.
Prices for renting:
The price for renting the HOUSE apartment is 360 eur/day and accommodate to 7 person.
The price for renting an apartment STABLE and apartment GRANAR is 120 eur/day and accommodate 2 person. Depending on the number of guests, which can be max 4, rent is charged 30 euros per extra person/day.
(example: the price for 3 persons is 150 eur/day, the price for 4 persons is 180 eur/day).
Smaller pets are also allowed. The price for smaller dogs is 15 eur / day, in which case we charge an additional cleaning fee of 35 eur.
The price for renting an apartment BEJLA and apartment PRI AJTI is 130 eur/day and accommodate 2 person.
Breakfast must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance and costs 15 eur / person.
For breakfast you can get mostly home-made specialties from the region.
The minimum apartment rental is for 2 nights.
In the months of the high season (20.6.2022 - 10.9.2022) the minimum apartment rental is for 3 nights.
Sauna in a barrel, hot bath in the massage pool, a glass of champagne with chocolate Passero, bathrobes, towels, sauna slippers and tea, water and fresh fruit costs 60 euros for 2 people / 120min, and 90 euros for 3-4 people / 120min.
Sauna in barell without use of massage pool costs 20 eur per hour.

the whole estate is covered with free Wifi. In every Apartment is a Smart TV with 250 international channels.
Garden
On the estate grown garden you can serve yourself with fresh home-grown vegetables
Daily Housekeeping
Daily Houskeeping is optional and it must be ordered at least 1 day in advance.
Pool and Sauna
The outdoor sauna and swimming pool with heated water is complementing the whole estate, making it a perfect getaway for your whole family and friends. The use of the outdoor heated pool is included in the price. Reservations and surcharges are required to use the wellness center.
Hanging out by fire
Sometimes at order we organize a dinner by the fire with traditional food and drink, where we hang out under the stars
